"COVENANT GOD, COVENANT MAN AND COVENANT BOOK"

To begin this study we first must define the meaning of the word Coven­ant, and we would like to take this from the 1828 edition of Websters dic­tionary: "A covenant is a spoken or written agreement by two or more parties to do, or forbear, some thing or some particular act". We would be correct then if we said that a covenant is a lawful and binding contract, and being a contract it must consist of parts or clauses. This holds true of the coven­ants we read of in the Holy Bible, for we find that they contain three main ingredients or parts, those being, Promises, Conditions and Penalties. The promise is made by the one who either instigates or originates the covenant; The conditions are those things which the parties are to abide by; And the penalty is present and laid on the party or parties who fail to abide by the conditions.

The word covenant does not appear in the Bible until Genesis 6:18, "But with thee will I establish my covenant: and thou shalt come into the ark, Thou and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons wives with thee." God is speaking to brother Noah and his immediate family as far as covenant re­tationship is concerned and to no one else. Gen 7:1 tells us why only Noah and his family were worthy of covenant relationship with YAHWEH;  "Come thou and all thy house into the ark, for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation."  God said that Noah was a man who was legally correct in his actions both in the secular world and the realm of theology and lawful worship, and he was also found to be both morally and physically pure in his generation or in his geneology..Genesis 6:9! This fact of Noah’s genetic purity extended to his sons, his sons wives and to their offspring also. I am aware that there are those who would have you believe that at least one of Noah’s sons was married to a heathen Canaanite woman, and this is just not true. Under the law, the father had to either choose the wife for the son or approve of the one whom the son desired as a wife because once they were married the new daughter-in-law became his daughter. Noah being pure in his generations could only mean that his sons wives were of the same race and genetic seed line as himself. There are also those who teach that Noah took the Canaanite seed of the serpent on the ark along with those he had been commanded to bring for the sake of posterity among the clean and un-clean of the species. I can not believe this because the ark was a sacred and consecrated vessel and it would not be agreeable that God would allow the very thing of unrighteous­ness and filth to come alive, on to the ark, that its kind may survive. The fact then that the out of kind bastard beings were in the land after the flood can only lend credence to the belief that the flood did  cover the whole of the earth but only that area in which we find the race of Adam in their sin unto death.

There are many in the Social Church and in other places of responsi­bility that would have you believe that this is the first act of covenant relationship between God and man was with Noah, simply because it is the first use of the word covenant...Gen 6:18 & Gen 9:9.  Because the word was not used in Genesis 2:15-20, the fact of covenant is denied by the Social World Church Pastors. Found in the reading of Gen 2:15-20 we will find that Yahweh Made to Adam, an unspoken promise of life, and it shines bright in what was promised to Adam though it was never spoken. What do we find promised? Vs-17 “But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” If Adam disobeyed God and reached out and took hold ot the tree of knowledge he was promised death. Unspoken here is this, "if you obey my commands and do not partake of the fruit of the tree of knowledge, you will have life". This is a pre-supposition, and it is a real good one. If the condition of obedience was met by Adam, the penalty of disobedience would not be invoked and that penalty was death.

In this rendering of Genesis 2:15-20 we find that the three ingredients for lawful covenant relationship do exist. So it must stand that Adam was in a covenant relationship with YAHWEH. In fact, we can even say that at this point, the man Adam and the woman Eve were both under covenant , she being included because she was in Adam’s side. Thus they, male and female, being placed in covenant relationship with God had received the spoken moral law command of YAHWEH. They were so loved of God that they had been placed in the most beautiful and cherished spot in the earth, in that Garden of God called Eden and referred to as “Paradise.

We are all probably in agreement that Adam and Eve pretty well had it made with their life in the Garden. One thing we need to be aware of is, one clause or condition that governed his presence in the Garden was one of works. Adam was to dress the Garden and keep it , to preserve and main­tain it in an orderly state. In carrying out his assigned task Adam had the liberty to enjoy all things in the Garden except one, that being the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil. This assigned work of Adams in the Garden of God is not a position of low esteem such as our society today would hold one who is a gardener; it was rather a position of honor, for it carried with it “Dominion Mandate.” For you who say there was no covenant between YAHWEH and Adam please answer the following: Would God delegate the authority of Dominion Mandate to Adam without first binding him under co­venant Law? I think not.

Further evidence of a covenant between YAHWEH and Adam is seen in Genesi 2:3; “And God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it; because that in it He had rested from all His work which God created and made.” YAHWEH took the seventh day of the week and seperated it in its usage from the other six, sanctify means separate. When He did this He called it the Sabbath, which is “Shabbath” from the Hebrew and means intermission; it is the in­tensive form of Shabath, a primitive root word in the Hebrew language and means to repose, desist from exertion, cause to celebrate. The Sabbath was not instituted because God was tired and needed rest, it was established for mans sake because man needs to rest from his everyday activities and have that time to devote 100% toward worship and praise of his God. When man approaches unto the Sabbath he is to do so in fear and trembling and in the spirit of Union and Communion with YAHWEH. The Sabbath, like all other aspects, statutes, commandments, ordinances and ceremonies of the law are for all time.

We read in Genesis 2:21-25 of the Divine institution of marriage. There is a belief among many that marriage is a Sacrament of the church, and just as many who oppose that stand. We are not going to get into that debate of two or seven sacraments. I will say this, whether or not the number of the sacraments of the church is two, seven or twelve is of small significance when considering the salvation of the entire nation of the Israel people. Yahweh instituted marriage between male and female for the propagation of the race and as an act of covenant life between man and woman. It is not difficult at all to see that marriage is not male to male or female to female, all things considered. In its facsimile to covenant life, married life between the man and woman contains the three ingredients of a covenant promises, conditions and penalties. In covenant and in marriage, if you break and abuse the promises, ignore and set aside conditions, you find yourself under the penalty phase of both or either. For all who are of the elect of Israel and are married in this life, you are under a double cov­enant. One with your spouse and the other with YAHWEH your God. As carnal creatures man or woman breaks covenant or may break covenant, but this can not be said of God. YAHWEH-GOD has never broken covenant relationship, nor has He ever denied covenant relationship which He instituted with His peo­ple. It is true that God caused the Israel nation to suffer punishment for the sins of idolatry and many others, it is true that the entire nation of Israel went into captivity and it is true that they even lost their national identity, but God never retracted or nullified the covenant that existed with them.

There is one important fact that should be brought into understanding, that being; “Before a covenant/contract is ever cut or initiated, those involved should know one another!” If they don’t, the truth and power of the covenant is in doubt from the start. You cannot enter into any kind of agreement, covenant or contract and expect it to work when there is a sha­dow or cloud hanging over it from the beginning. The Bible makes it plain in the first three chapters of Genesis that YAHWEH and Adam knew each other and that there was a covenant relationship between them. In fact, before God formed Adams body from the dust of the ground, his soul and spirit essence existed in eternity and this in and of itself says that he was with God before the world was formed and that he had to know God. In Gen 1:26-27 we read that God created man/Adam in His own image and after His likeness, establishing the fact that not only did He know Adam, He would also know all those who descended from his loins. Genesis 1:31 says that God saw all that He had made and it was good, and with this good man, God formed a covenant bond.

Now, just as the Bible which is the covenant Book tells us that Adam knew God, it also directs us to know God. In my experiences in the Social World Church, which was many years ago, I remember it being taught that we should know of God and about God but it was impossible for us as man to Know God and understand the things of God. It was taught that it was up to God whether we should have any personal knowledge of Him. It may be years too late, but I would like to say to those in the Social church, “you do need to read and understand John 17:3; “And this is life eternal, that they might know Thee the only true God,and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent.” This message in this 3rd verse is very important to Christianity as a whole and to each Christian in his daily walk. The truth can not be brought forward any more clear than this; these are the spoken words of Jesus Christ, recorded for our learning and our use as the family of God in the earth. These words are for us today, just as they were for those disciples so many years ago, and that is why we find them in this covenant book. Since we are the covenant people being spoken to here lets take to heart what is said; “this is life eternal, that they (we) might know.”

Jeremiah 9:23-24, “Thus saith Yahweh, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom...the mighty man in his might.. .the rich man in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth Me’” These are the commands of the Covenant God spoken to his Covenant people and recorded in the Covenant Book. If it were not an important thing to God that we “know Him,” it would not be so written by His prophets. We find basically the same message in Jere 31:34, “And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know YAHWEH For they all shall know me.” Hosea 6:3, "Then shall we know, if we follow on to know YAHWEH.” They shall all know, from the least son of Israel to the greatest son, and as the last part of Jeremiah 31:34 declares, “for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”

We have previously said that the first three chapters of Genesis pre­supposed covenant relationship between YAHWEH-God and Adam. If you care­fully study scripture from Genesis through Revelations you will find that only those out of the Race of Adam have ever stood in covenant with YAHWEH and CHRIST. I will offer no apology to the other races and mixed races for the Decree of YAHWEH and His choice of what He will and will not do. In the Covenant Book we call the Holy Bible we read from Genesis 5:1, “This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created man, in the Likeness of God made He him;” We are going to take some time here and do a close search of this one very important verse of scripture, the Strongs Concordance and Websters dictionary will be used:  From Strongs concordance, Book-#5612,cepher from the primitive root cephar, meaning to register, to score or mark as a tally or record. Generations-#8435,towldah/toldah, descent/posterity-family birth history, from #32O5, yalad, to show lineage. Adam-#119, Adam, to show blood in the face, turn Rosy, become red, blush. #120, Adam, ruddy i.e. a human being. Ruddy from Websters Dictionary of a lively flesh color, the color of human skin in high health.

Adam-#121,Adam, rosy, ruddy, to blush in the cheeks. man--#121,Adam, same as #121 preceding Likeness-#1819, damah,    to resemble, liken or consider; #l823-demuwth like, a resemblance, similitude.

Knowing all of the above we might read Genesis 5:1 in this manner; “This is the record or the registry by name and number of those who are of the lineage of Adam, and his family birth history; Or,the race of people who are of a skin tone that they are able to show a red or rosy tint in the face. This fam­ily of the man Adam are the people of Genesis 1:26 who are made in the very likeness and resemblance of YAHWEH- GOD. They are the ones who are registered in this the covenant book and were known of God in eternity, so we must presume that they are the covenant people of God. If you stand today and say that the Bible is the record of the Anglo-Saxon and kindred people (Celtic, Nordic, Slavic etc) you are declaring for all the world to see and hear that these people are the Israel of God. "These are the people of God’s orderly creation who were chosen in eternity to gain salvation through Christ Jesus" We do not say this to rub dirt in the faces of the other races, for as long as they remain pure in their offspring they may know God as their creator, but not as redeemer. God has only one elect family of people and that is His decree, not mine or yours.

At this point we should clear the air of some possible doubt or question such as, “If our people know what it takes to stand in covenant relation­ship with YAHWEH, why are they so eager to give that position to a people who do not and cannot bear the fruit of the elect family? What is it that causes our Christian Israel people to give that which is holy unto the dogs? What is the cause of some in the Christian Church that glimpse the truth of their Israel Identity to turn their back on their heritage and future in­heritance in the Kingdom of God? Why do we find it so difficult to be recognized by word and deed as those who are elected to be "Joint heirs with Christ"? Todays Social church message has so con­fused the heart and mind of the true Israelite that most have become com­pletely unaware, unknowing, uncaring and even ashamed of their racial descent. The message that goes out from the false teachers is that some one called the Jews has rightful claim to the covenants and promises made to the patriarch fathers, Adam, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses and David. If that lie were not enough to thouroughly confuse the issue of inheritance and Heritage they bring in all the races of the world under the "Blanket name of Gentiles! 

It is true that the Bible teaches that the people of Israel would be called by another name, and these are prophetic scriptures for the latter days; Isaiah 56:5, Isa 62:2, Isa 65:15. The re­deemed Elect children will be called by a new name, which the mouth of YAHWEH will name. It will be an everlasting name, and we find that name in Acts 11:26-"...And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled them­selves with the Church, and taught more people. And the disciples were called "CHRISTIANS" first in Antioch” it would behoove you to read Rev 3:12 in conjunction with this rendering of Acts 11! The people who call them­selves Christian today are the Caucasian people. I know, there are Mexicans, Japs, Negro’s and others who say they are Christians, but the Bible does not call them that. The new name of Israel does not apply to any who are not of the Elect of YHWH in CHRIST from before the world was framed. If the world church grants salvation through the Atonement that Jesus Christ made on Calvary’s Cross,and grants it to those whom they love to call  "Who-so-ever-will", they are guilty of setting themselves up as God. They have made an attempt to add to the number set aside in God'e eternal Decree. And the only answer  that can be given for them is, “some of our people perish from lack of knowledge,” and we do not mean book learning or head knowledge. We are talking of the knowledge of God gained through the Holy Spirit giving us the ability and capability to know Him.

We will now move forward in our study to that which is known to Christ­ians as the Covenant of Grace; and we find at the start that in order to move forward we must first look to the past. We must go beyond Adam and the beginning of time and into eternity, for this is where Grace began! I Peter 1:18-21. My Bible tells me that Jesus was that lamb without blemish or spot who was foreordained from before the foundation of the world to die on that Cross some 2,000-years ago to redeem the Israel family of Yahweh from their sins. It was in eternity that Jesus became that vicarious sacrifice for those He was given in eternity. The Bible says that Jesus was appointed in eternity to buy back a certain people, so I have to believe that He knew who these people were and why He was going to accomplish this marvelous thing (it is also presupposed here that Jesus knew those who were not a part of the elect). We can read in Ephesians 1:1-14 for the full story of who and why, and even how. The Atonement made and the salvation granted through the Redeeming work of Christ Jesus can never be earned by man, it is a free and perfect gift, to an undeserving people.

Galatians 4:4-5 lays it on the line for all to see; Jesus was made under the law and came into the world to save them that were under the law and none others (do you read here that there were to be others?). If He came for all the world it would say so right here. The covenant book is telling you that the Covenant God came to save Covenant man; Jesus Christ the Son of God, and at the same time being also God the Son is representitive of God’s Grace manifest in the flesh. God made or cut a Covenant with the people of Israel and He gave them the law to live by and He called them His People. Christ came to rescue that same people and none others, and we can see that people in the earth today in the Caucasian Anglo-Saxon and kindred peoples. Most of them live in nations that pattern their laws after the law that was delivered to Israel at Sinai. They are the race of people that are in possession of the covenant book and they walk the earth calling themselves in the covenant name of “Christian.”

If any Churchman has ever experienced doubt as to the eternity of Jesus Christ he has but to read Hebrews 13:8, "Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, today and forever.” You need nothing else to show that Christ is the "second subsistance of the Eternal Triune Godhead. He came into the earth through Grace to claim those who are His through Covenant, to prepare them for life eternal with Himself as their King and Priest. Note in John 17:6 that Jesus, in prayer to the Father, declares that those who were given to Him by YAHWEH in eternity have had the name of God the Father made known to them. Yahshua (Jesus) acknowledges that these whom He speaks of were with YAHWEH in eternity, "Thine they were," and now Christ says that He knows that they are His for eternity. Are these the only ones? Vs-19-20 say differently..."Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on Me through their word.” Here is that “traceability of Grace” from eternity into time and down to you today by God’s eternal decree. Them also who believe through their word..does this confuse my earlier statements? Read Matthew 10:5-6..The gospel was to go to none others outside of the Israel people or the Elect, and this is stated by our Savior Jesus Christ not some man in a priests Robe or garment.

Jesus Christ was sent into the earth by the Father to do the will of the Father; and He was taken out of the world and the expanse of time by the will of the Father, Acts 2:22-24. Jesus came to Redeem that which was lost, Matt 10:5-6, and He did that when He was offered up as that lamb with out spot or blemish, I Peter 1:18-20. The hand of the Amalekite Jew that took hold of our Saviour and nailed Him to the Cross did so because it was the will of God. It was the Decree of YAHWEH that the Son of Man as near Kinsman of His people Israel pay the price of Atonement for their sins. If YAHWEH had not decreed that Christ pay that price, not one Jewish hand would have touched him. There would not have been one drop of His blood shed, and your atonement would never have been made. The crucifixion was the fulfillment of that clause of Redemption in that Covenant of Grace which came out of eternity. We say this, because when Jesus Christ, God incarnate, came into the earth in the flesh of His racial family in the seed of Abraham, Grace was made alive and possible. Salvation can not be gained through works or obedience to the law. The Passover lamb that was so important to the early church fathers, came alive and real in Christ Jesus. That Passover lamb pre-figured our coming atonement and salvation, and it stands today in covenant just as it has since the day it was made.

The New Covenant that we Christians live under today is the final part of that Covenant of Grace that came out of eternity and into time, and it is for us a covenant of many treasures. The promises that were made to our ancestors by YAHWEH the covenant God and have been registered in the Bible, our covenant book, and these promises will be brought to their richest fulfillment at the re­turn of Christ Jesus. I Peter 1:2 leaves no doubt that the heirs of the promises of God are those who walk the earth today saying that they are not the People of the Book, yet God and the Bible say they are. Verses 1 & 2 of this 1st chapter are addressed to the twelve tribes scattered abroad who are in reality the elect according to the foreknowledge of God. These are the same whom Paul in Eph 1:1-2 calls the “faithful in Christ Jesus.” In vs-2 Paul says “Grace be to you and peace.” The Grace he speaks of is that covenant given by the Grace of God in eternity, and it reads in vs-4 “According as He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world” and this means dear friend that a “Covenant Relationship was established and Promised to you, by YAHWEH, in eternity.” Do you still need to hear more? If so, heed this, “The covenants and the promises which God made with man and for man were not done because we deserved it, but because YAHWEH our God desired it.”

Read the following O Israel and prepare ye the way, for that great day of YAHWEH approaches! Isaiah 59:20-21; “AND  THE  REDEEMER  SHALL  COME  TO  ZION,  AND  UNTO  THEM  THAT  TURN  FROM TRANSGRESSION  IN  JACOB,  SAITH  YAHWEH.  AS  FOR  ME,  THIS  IS  MY  COVENANT  WITH  THEM,  SAITH  YAHWEH:  MY  SPIRIT  THAT  IS  UPON  THEE,  AND  MY  WORDS  WHICH  I  HAVE  PUT  IN  THY  MOUTH,  SHALL  NOT  DEPART  OUT  OF  THY  MOUTH,  NOR  OUT  OF  THE  MOUTH   OF  THY  SEED,  NOR  OUT  OF  THE  MOUTH  OF  THY  SEED’S  SEED,  SAITH  YAHWEH,  FOR HENCEFORTH  AND  FOREVER.”  Amen!!!
