TVC Angered by One Rogue Judge Striking Prop 8 from Constitution,

Warn Democracy and Election Process Are On the Verge of Total Destruction

Anaheim, California—"It is an outrage that one arrogant and rogue federal judge can take it upon himself to overturn a centuries old definition of marriage and family," said Rev. Lou Sheldon, chairman and founder of Traditional Values Coalition (TVC). "On November 4, 2008, 7 million voters of California cemented into the state constitution a definition of marriage for one man and one woman only. Now with US District Court Judge Vaughn Walker's ruling today he has completely undermined the expressed will of voters at the ballot box. Direct Democracy has been blatantly attacked today."

"First it was the California Supreme Court's decision in 2008 to overturn Prop 22 and force the people of California to accept homosexual marriages. Well, the people adamantly rejected their ruling and homosexual marriages and they passed Prop 8, which was designed to forever tie the hands of judges from redefining marriage. Now one judge has yet again slapped the people in the face, even though the state constitution now clearly tells them what marriage means; we spelled it out for them in black and white," Sheldon added. "This is a blatant sign of judicial activism and lack of judicial restraint."

Sheldon added: "There is more at stake than just traditional marriage and the centuries long definition of the family. This ruling seriously undermines the expressed vote and will of the people on initiatives and proposed amendments they approve at the ballot box. This judge's ruling says that any vote of the people will have no weight, credence, sovereignty, value or worth at all. On appeal, the courts will either realize their limits and not undermine the constitutional power of the vote, or they will continue to demonstrate the most blatant arrogance and impose judicial tyranny by declaring that they alone, and not the people, have the ultimate final say on all matters of the state. Democracy, the constitution and the people would be beneath them."

JUDICIAL ATROCITY BY BOGUS FEDERAL JUDGE

Chief Judge Vaughn Walker CLAIMS to have struck down the amendment, which states "Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California," on the basis that it violated the equal protection and due process clauses of the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. The relevant section:

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Deprived of response to their Petition For Redress the citizens of the State of California enacted law  (Proposition 8) by Constitutional referendum. The act was to AFFIRM and DEFINE long standing laws governing the Sacred Institution of Christian Marriage.  The right to this institution is antecedent to the Constitution and outside the purview of this bogus federal court.  All that Chief Judge Vaughn Walker has declared shall be disregarded.  

NO!  There is nothing in Law that can justify tolerance for this judicial misconduct.

The Religious Cult of Homosexuality

Marriage is a Christian institution.   Rational Civil Conduct holds, " That having made one's bed, he must lie in it."    Homosexuals choose to defeat Nature's God by living as Sodomites.   Like any other offender, homosexuals are free to choose which bed they will lie in.  Doing so the homosexual voluntarily accepts the consequence.  The homosexual shall lie in the bed of homosexuality.  This precludes these deviants from occupation of the Marriage Bed of Christian Heterosexual Monogamy !  No one shall ever have the right to set asunder what Nature’s God has joined together.  The religious doctrine of the Cult of Homosexuality resides in the establishment of religion known as the synagogue of Satan.

 

Christian Society abhors deviant behavior and American Law prohibits it.  The Laws governing the Sacred Institute of Christian Marriage are bound by the Constitution.  The Religious Cult of Homosexuality shall not be allowed to defeat Christian Law.   Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.  Those acting to overthrow the established American Christian government engage insurrection.  That a homosexual acting under color of law pretending to be a judge assaults the lawful act of The People that founded the Christian Law of this Land is sufficient evidence to prove the belligerent hostility of homosexuals in general and that deviant judge in particular.

 

The Religious Cult of Homosexuality demands that Christians are to be compelled to accept, tolerate and protect their religious practice of homosexual perversity.  We shall not!  The Religious Cult of Homosexuality demands that Christians are to be compelled to abrogate the law that they erected to protect the Sacred Institution of Christian Marriage.   We shall not!  

 

Christian Law is recorded in the history of millennia.  Antecedent to the Constitution, American Law, Government and Jurisprudence was founded upon the recorded Principles of Primitive Christianity as declared in the Christian Bible. Christianity is not founded in Talmudic Judaism!  The synagogue of Satan  (secular humanism) is an establishment of religion.   Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of  religion.   In order to protect their destructive behavior, the religious Cult of Homosexuality is but one branch of this Tree of Evil that vainly seeks to abrogate the Christian Law and destroy the Christian Culture that is the foundation of American Liberty.

 

Homosexuality is condemned by all Civilized Cultures.  The Divine Power judged the arrogant hostility of the Cult of Homosexuality by His swift and utter destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.  There, homosexuals learned fear when it was too late to obey the command forbidding their deviant behavior.  Christians condemn homosexual conduct because this bad behavior threatens LIFE.  The Sacred Institution of Christian Marriage nurtures LIFE.  Because the Law prohibits it there can be no law respecting homosexual "marriage."

 

Those of the Cult of Homosexuality that demand that Congress make law respecting their establishment of religion in order to enforce their doctrines of secular humanism have failed.  Resorting to judicial misconduct and a campaign of terror exhibits the diabolic purpose of the religious Cult of Homosexuality.  All of Christendom shall meet such sinister belligerence with Eternal Hostility.

 

The religious Cult of Homosexuality has crossed the Rubicon.  Whether they are male or female these belligerents are Outlaw. Therefore they shall remain outside the protection of the law.

 

Americans cannot repent because Americans will not confess.
