Rep. Ron Paul, author of the best-selling book End the Fed, will head the House subcommittee overseeing the Federal Reserve.

Spencer Bachus, House Financial Services chairman-elect, selected Paul, 75, to lead the domestic monetary policy subcommittee in the next session of Congress, Bloomberg News reported. Paul is a Texas Republican.

"This is the leadership team that crafted the first comprehensive financial reform bill to put an end to the bailouts, wind down the taxpayer funding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and enforce a strong audit of the Federal Reserve," Bachus said in a statement.

Paul has previously introduced legislation to abolish the Federal Reserve. His skepticism of the institution has gained wider public support after the Fed took a prominent role in managing the financial crisis, extending credit lines to companies such as American International Group (AIG).

The Fed was the subject of strong criticism after it announced plans last month to buy $600 billion of assets in a bid to boost the economy. Sarah Palin, former governor of Alaska, called on Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke to "cease and desist" while Sen. Jim Bunning (R-Ky.) said the plan would "destroy our currency."

We can be encouraged to see Ron Paul posted as Chairman of the House subcommittee overseeing the Federal Reserve.
However, To Secure LIberty requires Eternal Vigilance. Take up any and all force necessary to compel Constitutional Compliance.

With Ron Paul the Chairman of the Monetary subcommittee we could be witnessing end of Edomite control of America and the world.

I would like to highlight what Reinhold says below about the needful compliance with the Constitution, and quoting you the word of God in regards to His Royal Priesthood in the rules of engagement as per covenants of YAHWEH. Lets hope America does wake up again to their anointing and calling as the tribe of Manasseh (America / Manasseh the only tribe besides Ephraim that were given the name Israel), the ones with all the birthright to the world. And we hope America does indeed quell the rebellion once and for all.

Our King said all authority was given unto Him, and He commanded us to go ye therefore and teach all His nations to obey what He has commanded us. (Matthew 28:19-20) We being soldiers (in mainly a spiritual battle) under His command.

Yes it is true the authority has now been so evident to all that we Christians can always completely end Edomite domination of the world. If our people would come back to His laws, and end their Credit Fraud system that YAHWEH calls an abomination, peace and prosperity would flood the world once again. That cannot come about without force. We hope the military will awaken to its duty to protect and defend the Constitution. The criminal tyrants who have stolen from us for far too long will need to be brought to justice, and restore back that which was stolen. With the correct system, true value would be restored. Ron Paul is a very healty chap who could even take the presidency next term very easily if the media gives him equal coverage. He broke many Presidential fundraising records in his last campaign all while being blacked out by the media, he is still proven to have been the most popular candidate by most measuring criteria.

However, what good is authority without the power (power means ability or strength) to enforce it?

Col 1:10-13 "That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:"

As you see He has already (past tense) translated us into the Kingdom of Light and given us all the power, not only the authority to teach all nations to obey His commandments.

The larger the body of Christians, such as millions in a nation, bring about an environment where more of His power will rest. Sometimes even when half the Christians are spiritually half asleep, they still are enough to be a force that satan can come nowhere near! I believe perhaps Texas and many other states will soon secceed from the Union.
