Het is niet bekend wanneer de kolonel voor het eerst de Israël-waarheid leerde kennen, maar het moet vrij vroeg in zijn leven zijn geweest, want hij had het Koninkrijksevangelie bestudeerd terwijl hij verbonden was met de Anglicaanse Kerk. Hoe dan ook, toen hij in Vancouver aankwam, voelde hij zich al snel tot deze vereniging aangetrokken en diende hij bijna twintig jaar als secretaris. Hij was zeer bekend als spreker en leraar en reisde door zowel Canada als de Verenigde Staten, naast Londen, Engeland, en zijn sympathieke manier van doen maakte hem tot een zeer populaire spreker. Hij was een geweldige ambassadeur voor de Israel Truth. Hij stierf in 1950.
