Charter for the Protection and Recognition of Celtic Communities

Presented by the Orthodox Church of the Culdees

This Charter is a formal declaration by the Orthodox Church of the Culdees, through the Priory of Salem Institute of Peace Studies, affirming the identity, rights, and recognition of Celtic Christian communities globally—particularly those living under diaspora conditions.

Preamble

In acknowledgment of the continued cultural, spiritual, and economic oppression of Celtic-descended peoples and in the interest of promoting lasting peace, dignity, and lawful restoration, we present this Charter for formal acceptance and endorsement by fellow religious bodies, institutions, municipalities, and international organizations.
